OUR HOMES
You will find our homes throughout the greater Wilmington area, and we build in places such as Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bolivia, Leland, Wilmington and Hampstead. We build homes that range from about $350k – 900k, equating to approximately 1800-4000 sqft. We can build using your plans or one of our plans, on your homesite or one of ours.
One of the important aspects of a home built by Greenwatch is our ability to take the best advantage of local surroundings, to create dwellings which meld with the environment, and at the same time, become jewels in their specific settings. This is a great advantage to our clients who are building in residential golf communities around marshes or beaches or in other areas with environmental considerations.
